Learning at UNOG
The UNOG staff development and learning programmes continue to focus on supporting organizational reform and helping to build a more multi-skilled and versatile international civil service.
Staff at all levels have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of courses, workshops and other learning opportunities which aim at developing core and managerial competencies and promoting a shared organizational culture. At the same time, increased emphasis is being given to tailoring programmes to suit the needs of specific groups and to working with individual teams to help improve performance.
