Printing Section booklet highlights high tech operations and sustainable publishing

The Printing Section of the Publishing Service, Division of Conference Management, UNOG, is proud to announce the release of a revised version of its bilingual brochure which was previously published in July 2009.

The new publication highlights the latest technology and recruitment of an expert workforce, and goes on to describe the Printing Section’s evolution from a simple black-and-white operation to a full-service operation that meets a wide range of client needs – from conference documentation to graphic design to sophisticated multi-coloured publications. Aside from the updating of statistics, the revised version contains reference to the attainment of ISO 14001: 2004 environmental certification in November 2010, the fact that all parliamentary documents and publications are printed on recycled paper, as well as other environmental consideration such as waste paper management.
